Ted Richer, a graduate of the Iowa Writers’ Workshop, currently teaches at the Massachusetts College of Art in Boston. In 2003 his book, The Writer in the Story and Other Figurations (introduction by Christopher Ricks), was published in England by the Apocalypse Press.
Journal publications include Agni, Literary Imagination, the T. S. Eliot Society Newsletter, Harvard Review, James Joyce Quarterly, and Daedalus. Richer was the subject of a BBC Radio 3 presentation by Christopher Ricks on Twenty Minutes, and a guest reader at Balliol College by the invitation of Professor Ricks, Oxford Professor of Poetry.
