Colleen Harris

Colleen S. Harris works as an academic librarian. She is a 2010 Pushcart Prize nominee, and the author of 3 books of poetry, God in my Throat: The Lilith Poems (Bellowing Ark Press, 2009), Gonesongs and These Terrible Sacraments (both forthcoming in 2011). Her poetry has appeared in The Louisville Review, Adirondack Review, Wisconsin Review, Sow’s Ear Poetry Review, Heartland Review, Ark, Free Verse, Appalachian Heritage, and others, and publishes significantly on professional issues in librarianship. Colleen holds an MFA in Writing from Spalding University and an MS in Library & Information Science from the University of Kentucky.
