R.L. Burns was raised by a pack of wolves in the woods of Virginia and has traveled an arduous path to adulthood. Frequent moves along the East Coast, as well as a stint in Germany during the fall-of-the-wall era, exposed her to many of life’s wonders – and horrors. Finally settled in one place, R.L. works with special education students in the public school setting, raises her computer-genius son, and writes in her spare time.
