Dimitar Ganev is 19 years old. He was born in Sofia, but he lives in Vienna, where he studies at the University of Vienna.
He has won many prestigious literary prizes from various competitions – for prose, poetry and drama – and published two books with short stories (in Bulgarian). The first one (“Impersonal Stories”) was published when he was 15, the second (“The Afternoons of the Lazy Lover”) was published in 2011.
His works have been translated into English, German and Russian.
