The seat of my dress stuck to the chair
I pretended I was ready to go
Even went on about the car running outside
One leg crossed over the other in quick succession
grew hot and bothered
Bumped my knee on the table
The person sitting opposite accused me of ill manners
He took out a photo album
To show me how his sister got by
On circumstances worse than mine
When traffic gets compared to the path flight of geese
Pictures of the sky dissipate with the parting clouds
