I Love You, And I feel – My Ailing Blood Is Raving

I love you, and I feel – my ailing blood is raving
and troubling again my frantic passions. I
am traveling obsessed across the earth, all craving
for you, for your love that stirred me into life.

I love you, and I know some day it will come true:
a slender dandelion in you will also thrive.
You’ll touch it almost as if it were a jewel
and then it will disperse within a blink of life.

I love you, and I wish this dandelion would float
above cold-stricken mounts and their sheer slopes,
and catch up with you, so artless and exposed,
and bring back our love in January’s cold.
